The Loan Application Checklist

This basic checklist is to assure that you bring everything you need to your loan application. Originals are required unless otherwise stated.

Sales Contract (on the purchase of your new home)

Copy of Sales Contract (if you are selling your present home)

Original Pay stubs for the Last 30 Days (showing year-to-date earnings, name and SSN#

Most Recent 2 Years Original W-2 Forms Most Recent 2 Years Tax Returns (with all schedules)

IRA/Keogh/401K/Profit Sharing Statements (for 3 months)

Award Letter and Copy of Most Recent Check (for Social Security, retirement or disability)

Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement/Current Balance Sheet (if self-employed)

Residence History (addresses and dates for last 2 years)

Statements on All Outstanding Loans/Credit Cards (most recent)

Bank Statements for All Accounts (bring 3 months documentation to prove the source)

Transcript or Diploma (if you were a student in the last two years)

For Real Estate You Currently Own, Bring Addresses, Loan Information and Leases (if applicable)

Landlord's Name, Phone Number, Address and Canceled Checks (for past 12 months)

Divorce Papers/Legal Separation Agreement (if you pay/receive child support or alimony)

Relocation Agreement (if you are being transferred into the area)

Bankruptcy Papers Including Schedule of Creditors and Discharge Papers (if applicable)
